UK Orders
Enjoy free shipping on orders over £40 within the UK. All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail's 2nd Class tracked service or UPS, depending on the size, weight, and value of your order. Please note that items shipped to non-mainland UK locations such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Highlands, and Islands may need to be folded to comply with Royal Mail's postal restrictions. UPS deliveries will require a signature upon arrival, and you will receive an email and SMS notification prior to delivery. If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you to contact UPS and arrange a new delivery time.
EU Order Update 2025
We are pleased to announce that we are once again shipping to the EU!
Since January 1, 2021, there have been updates to the delivery process for parcels going to Ireland and other EU countries.
For EU orders, Northlight now takes care of import VAT on your behalf. Orders under €150 will have the VAT paid by Northlight, so you will not have to pay it upon delivery. Please be aware that these rules do not apply to orders over €150, and parcels from the UK may still incur customs and handling charges, depending on your country's regulations.
Delivery to EU
To facilitate VAT payment, all goods shipped to you must first clear customs through our agent in Holland. Once customs clearance is complete, your tracking number with DHL will be activated. Please note that the tracking number will not be functional until the goods have cleared customs.
