Free shipping on orders of £40 - UK only.
UK Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd Class tracked service or by courier (we use PARCELFORCE or UPS). The delivery method will depend on the size, weight and value of the order. Items to non mainland UK, Belfast, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Highlands, and Channel Islands may need to be folded to fit Royal Mail postal restrictions. Parcels delivered by PARCELFORCE OR UPS will require a signature on arrival. You will receive an email and SMS in advance of delivery. If you are not in, they will leave a card so you can contact them and re-arrange a delivery.
EU orders - we now pay all customs and duties. You will not pay additional charges in your own country. However, delivery to EU now takes longer so please bear this in mind when ordering. All packages to the EU clear customs in Holland regardless of their final destination. You will be able to track your package with DHL after clearing customs.
We are no longer able to deliver to Norway or Switzerland.
Northlight is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Northlight to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions.
Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup. If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping or return delivery charge.
